Pricey food, don't like the staff, reheated pizza sold by the slice. Yuck.

Workers were cool and food was good

The best chopped salad. The best chicken soup. The best pasta. My boys love the pizza, such HUGE slices. A total deal. The food is real good. So fun!

As novel as the idea is of getting a pizza with a diameter equivalent to the height of a small child, think carefully before making that purchase.I bought but a mere slice, and it was almost the equivalent of 1.25 personal pan pizzas worth of food, which on paper seems good.But, where they give you much in quantity, Slice Factory more than takes away their fair share of quality. The supreme pizza was bland, and not as well cooked as I had hoped. The parmesan did nothing to make it better.It brought me great shame knowing my George Washington and his friends were going to live their lives in their register.

It wasnt a horrible experience my pizza crust on the bottom of the slice was damaged. It had me feeling like something was wrong. Maybe it was just one bad slice I'd give it a try again. I love the size of the slices, and the staff was welcoming.

The pizza was on display and already made. The cashier threw it on some type of heating mechanism, but the pizza was only luke warm. Though the slice was big, the sauce was bland. The pizza itself was dry. The crust had a nice bite to it. Overall, I really disliked the pizza. I will never buy pizza from there again.

My slice of pizza was so fulfilling. I had to eat the slice in two sittings. The spicy garlic was Delicious and Tasty! DEFINITELY worth the trip to Oaklawn area.

Every single time I come here the guys working the counter are super rude. They act like they don’t wanna be there and quite frankly they shouldn’t if they can’t even handle the “stress” of working at a slice factory.

The pizza was amazingly good! I wasn't expecting that, even though I'll have to go back to check on their consistency.

Avoid this place!! Pizza was disgusting. I asked for a fresh slice because the pizza looked like it had been sitting for three days and they said no. No sauce at all.. re heated and the dough was non existent burnt like a chip spent 17$ on two slices of pizza that tastes worst than a frozen pizza. When I complained they gave me attitude.. last time I ever come to this location. Super disappointed.

On November 1st at 10:41 pm I ordered 2 calzones for my kids through door dash. I paid 26.62 cents. When The Dasher dropped it off she only gave my kids 1 Calzone!!!! $$$$26 bucks for one undercooked , doughy Calzone that my son refused to eat and my daughter did not even get hers. So, who messed up? Did the Dasher steal food or did the slice factory mess up the order?? Either way, I’m sure they don’t care.

Giant slices. Prices are kind of high. To me it's worth it. I was pleased with the customer service.

By far the biggest slice ever consumed by yours trully! I had to save half for later. Great deal at only $4.99 and one can add waffle fries or fresh side salad for $1.99. Free refills on Pepsi drinks. Need Parmesan on counter though or ask for it sign.

I ate two jumbo slices in one sitting. Stomach hurts but it was worth it. Time to go into a food coma!

Huge pieces, but not the tastiest pizza

Very disappointed! Hubs had a coupon for buy one get one free, but no limit was listed, so we order 4 & only got the 1 slice free. No fountain drinks, my pizza wasn't even hot or warm enough to reallyenjoy & I didn't like hearing a phone ringing on a speaker while I'm trying to eat dinner with my family. Plus the worker wasn't the friendliest.

Very nice service. I called because the delivery order was incorrect and they quickly corrected it and sent someone out. Great food!!! Will definitely order again.

I've gotten the Beefed Up Cheese Fries a few times. They're quite tasty when you're looking for a junk food fix. Criss cut fries, Italian beef, giardiniera, and cheese sauce. I've also gotten their giant slices. One slice lasted me 3 separate meals. Well, maybe 2 meals and a snack. The crust is a bit chewy, but not bad. I would describe it as pretty average in terms of low-cost, quick slices.Ordering online is quick and easy, but there's always pizza ready even in you don't order ahead. They warm up the slices once you place your order. It's a convenient place for one you want something quick.

Amazing pizza & great staff I reccomend!

I arrived at 1145 at night... It is supposed to close at 12... The door was locked and your employ signaled with his hand that the they were closed... With three full cooked pizzas on display I was turned away 15 minutes prior to posted closing... Then I watched that same employee and your delivery driver walk those pizzas out to his personal car and load them up... Your employees selfish decision have changed my view about your establishment, I will no longer visit your store....

number one the slices have got smaller. Stay put less ingredients on the pizza however charging the same price. Maybe because it's because they have to pay that rent Homewood across the street in the new structure. Service was great, Pizza wasn't!

Do not get me wrong, the food here is great. However, they will not return a refund to you if you make a mistake. The workers will try to help. But the company never takes action.

Lemon pepper wings? I was SO excited to learn that Slice Factory has wet lemon pepper wings! So I called in an order. This is what I got. They look like bbq or hot wings and they definitely DON’T smell OR TASTE like lemon pepper. Severely disappointed. They are also really REALLY small for the price. Thought I had found my new wing spot.

The pizza just sits in the glass and it looks bad. Even when they warmed it up it looked like pizza that’s been sitting for a while. I’ll only order food that they actually cook while I wait. And for a basic burger and fries it took 35 minutes.. never going back again.

Loved the meat lovers pizza, loaded with meat, and sauce, crispy crust. Loved it. But the pepperoni slices have like 3 pepperoni slices on them? No sauce and like a thin layer of cheese. However, it's very clean in there, parkings good, staff is SO friendly and respectful. It's a great little spot for pizza. I'm not to enthused about the pepperoni pizza, But I'll go back for the meat lovers pizza. Very filling and I got my money's worth! I'll only go here for pizza slices.

I purchased the jumbo pizza for an engagement party and everyone love it. I also got my daughter the gluten free pizza and she said one of best she's had. Youngest child who is extremely picky loves the jumbo slices. On top of that every time I go in, everyone is so friendly. Keep it up.
